Description

You will handle accounts payable functions including reviewing and reconciling invoices, processing expense reports, and supporting month-end close in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years administrative support in accounting within manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infor SyteLine, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AP processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices, match to purchase orders and packing slips, resolve discrepancies, and voucher into accounting system
• Reconcile and post accounts payable batches
• Reconcile and voucher weekly UPS billings, LTL freight invoices, and multi-site utility invoices
• Print and obtain authorized signatures on accounts payable checks
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and audits
