You will build, develop, and see your impact by joining Skillz, the first publicly-traded mobile eSports platform. As Commercial FP&A Manager, you'll drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights to support business growth within a collaborative office environment in Las Vegas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in tech or gaming
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Anaplan, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models for commercial P&L
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, and user acquisition costs
• Partner with business leaders to drive budgeting and forecasting
• Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and ROI
• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc financial analyses
