Description

Lead production for a major new initiative within the Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem team. You will oversee all aspects of production, manage a pod, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality features. This role is hybrid in Bangalore.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game production experience on mobile, casual, or social titles
• Proven track record managing end-to-end production or major features
• Hands-on scrum implementation and agile methodology expertise
• Strong backlog management, grooming, and sprint planning skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and run all aspects of production for a critical new initiative
• Oversee end-to-end Tech Production, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Manage pod production, driving team efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into actionable timelines
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management
