Description

You will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, designing metrics and self-serve BI experiences that empower product teams. You'll build scalable data pipelines, automate workflows, and communicate insights to drive decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or math-based discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics or engineering
• Expert-level SQL knowledge with proficiency in large-scale data manipulation and performance optimization
• Strong experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution
• Some development experience with data architecture, pipelines, and ETL processes
• Proficiency in Python, big-data, BI tools like Tableau, knowledge of how APIs work

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: scope, execution, milestones, risks, communication, and measurable outcomes aligned to core data strategy
• Design measurable and actionable KPIs and metrics that empower product teams to understand the health and performance of proprietary data assets
• Enable self-serve analytics through documentation, lineage, data discovery, and stakeholder enablement
• Build internal tooling and automation using APIs and agentic workflows (e.g., Bedrock, Windsurf)
• Leverage agentic tools (Copilot, Hex, Windsurf, etc.) to standardize analytics engineering workflows
• Design, build, and own scalable analytics pipelines that reliably process billions of rows
• Own partner/provider data evaluation by defining benchmarking frameworks
• Partner with Data Platform/Engineering to improve performance and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to design state-of-the-art analytics processes
• Synthesize and communicate insights across the company from ICs to executive leadership
