Description

You will conduct preformulation studies and preclinical formulations development to support drug product development for RAS-addicted cancers. You'll collaborate with research teams, analyze formulations, and troubleshoot solid form issues in a fast-paced lab environment.

Requirements

• BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years lab experience in preformulation or formulation development
• Proficient in HPLC, NMR, PXRD, DSC, TGA, DVS, PSD
• Experience in preclinical formulation screening and development
• Good understanding of organic chemistry and analytical chemistry
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct solution and solid-state preformulation studies
• Perform solid form screening and characterization
• Support preclinical and clinical formulation development
• Prepare preclinical formulations and analyze stability
• Maintain lab records, inventories, and safety practices
