Description

As a Clinical Outcomes Analyst at Maven Clinic, you will analyze healthcare claims and platform data to measure clinical impact, inform product strategy, and communicate results to clients. You'll collaborate with Sales, Data, Product, and Clinical Operations teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years healthcare/consulting experience or master's/PhD
• Experience working with medical and pharmacy claims data
• Proficiency in SQL/Looker for rapid data exploration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design retrospective and prospective analysis plans for health outcomes and ROI
• Quantitatively analyze data using SQL/Looker to assess Maven's influence on outcomes
• Extract insights on clinical and operational outcomes from internal data platform
• Conduct retrospective evaluations using claims data and self-reported data
• Collaborate with Product team to inform clinical programming and product design
