You'll join a centralized Ops team and drive AI transformation across the entire business. You'll design and deploy AI-powered solutions from lightweight automations to LLM workflows, partnering with teams to reduce toil and unlock capacity. This role offers rare autonomy and breadth with a direct line to business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities across the business
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions including LLM workflows
• Partner with teams to understand pain points and build scalable solutions
• Champion AI adoption through enablement sessions and internal tooling
• Measure impact and iterate continuously

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with Python or similar
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Business-minded approach focused on ROI and impact

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in ops, revenue operations, or business systems role
• Familiarity with data tooling (SQL, dbt)
• Background in a fast-growing startup environment
