🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and train the onsite engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate vendors and assist with capital improvement projects.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of building engineering or facilities management experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience leading maintenance or engineering staff.
• HVAC Certification and EPA/608 License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Luxury residential or high-rise experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Fire Life Safety Director Certificate preferred.
