Description

As an Operations Lead, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, leading shipment and receiving processes, and ensuring strong visual standards on the sales floor. You will work with the team to minimize shrink, optimize inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe stockroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalate process gaps
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through efficient stockroom standards
