Description

You will join the Revenue Operations team supporting Post-Sales to drive Net Revenue Retention and expansion. Your work includes creating dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and implementing operational improvements to optimize renewals, upsell, and account health.

Requirements

• 2+ years in revenue/sales/business operations or sales finance, preferably at Fintech or SaaS
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative approach
• Analytical mindset with data accuracy
• Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
• Moderate SQL and data visualization experience

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for Post-Sales performance visibility
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting on retention, expansion, and account health
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface trends and growth opportunities
• Support design and implementation of operational improvements
• Evaluate tool usage to optimize Post-Sales tech stack
