Description
You will assist with drilling operations for geothermal energy projects, working closely with the Lead Driller to ensure safe and smooth operation of equipment. Your role involves setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance, contributing to the success of our geothermal drilling efforts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years construction and/or drilling experience
- Prior experience operating drilling equipment
- Active CDL preferred
- OSHA 30; SST card and Flagger certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Driller in daily drilling operations including setup and operation
- Monitor and maintain equipment during drilling, troubleshoot as needed
- Handle and prepare drilling tools, pipes, and other equipment
- Transport equipment and materials to and from drill site
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized, compliant worksite
