You'll evaluate and execute growth equity investments and M&A transactions at a leading independent investment bank. Your core impact will be underwriting deals and driving post-investment value creation. This role offers direct exposure to client negotiations and portfolio company management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support negotiation, structuring, and evaluation of investment transactions.
• Conduct deep business diligence with target management teams.
• Prepare investment committee and LP/partner materials.
• Execute financial analyses including valuation models and financial forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Interest in investing in innovative growth stage companies
• Knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Completion of a profile on Suited
