๐ผ About This Role
You'll own customer success, marketing, and revenue operations to scale Panoptyc from $7.5M to $50M ARR. You'll drive GRR, NRR, and pipeline predictability across distributed teams in the unattended retail space.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own GRR and NRR as north star metrics for customer success
- Drive SLA performance and proactive support transitions
- Develop messaging and demand gen for enterprise pipeline
- Own HubSpot data quality, dashboards, and revenue reporting
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years across RevOps, customer success leadership, or GTM operations
- Experience managing customer-facing teams
- Managed distributed teams across US and offshore time zones
- Deep HubSpot proficiency and BI tool experience
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Experience evaluating ERP/financial systems (NetSuite)
- Strong Excel/Sheets modeling ability
