You'll own customer success, marketing, and revenue operations to scale Panoptyc from $7.5M to $50M ARR. You'll drive GRR, NRR, and pipeline predictability across distributed teams in the unattended retail space.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own GRR and NRR as north star metrics for customer success
  • Drive SLA performance and proactive support transitions
  • Develop messaging and demand gen for enterprise pipeline
  • Own HubSpot data quality, dashboards, and revenue reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years across RevOps, customer success leadership, or GTM operations
  • Experience managing customer-facing teams
  • Managed distributed teams across US and offshore time zones
  • Deep HubSpot proficiency and BI tool experience

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
  • Experience evaluating ERP/financial systems (NetSuite)
  • Strong Excel/Sheets modeling ability
