You will design and implement robust HSE frameworks for our UK operations, ensuring safety, sustainability, and compliance. Your leadership will enable engineering and operational teams to focus on innovation without compromising health, safety, or environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent advanced qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
• Experience building HSE policy frameworks in complex, multi-site environments
• Proven incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience managing inspections or consultations with external regulators
• Eligibility for UK security clearance (5 years UK residency)

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine UK HSE policies in alignment with national regulations and Group HSE standards
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and HSE audits to identify and address hazards
• Lead incident investigations, producing root-cause analyses and preventative measures
• Design and deliver HSE training programmes and site inductions
• Represent the organisation to external regulatory bodies such as HSE and Environment Agency
