💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for AI tooling and developer experience on a small team building a liquid market for GPU offtake. Your work directly impacts every engineer's daily productivity. You'll audit, improve, and measure how AI assists engineering workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit how engineers use AI tools and identify friction points
• Maintain and improve AI skills, rules, and structured context
• Write high-quality prompts and workflows to reduce toil
• Identify gaps in codebase documentation that degrade AI output

📋 Requirements

• Deep familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong writing skills for prompts and documentation
• Engineering background or strong technical fluency
• Systems thinking to find root causes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering or RAG systems
• Familiarity with TypeScript or Rust
• Experience in developer tooling
