💼 About This Role

You'll provide safety leadership for data center construction operations, ensuring all project activities are planned and executed safely. You'll partner with leadership, project teams, and clients to drive continuous improvement and prevent serious incidents in a high-risk environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct safety walks, observations, and coaching conversations.
• Lead pre-task planning (JHAs/JSAs) for high-risk work.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and verify corrective actions.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations with root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Construction safety background in high-risk or MEP-heavy environments.
• Ability to lead JHA/JSA and high-risk work planning.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Strong field presence and coaching skills.

• Bilingual (English + Spanish or Russian)
• Experience managing safety programs at site or organizational level
