You'll lead governance modernization across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform for a global Clinical Research Organization. Your work ensures secure, compliant collaboration that supports precision medicine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Design and maintain least-privilege permission models across M365 workloads.
• Define and operate lifecycle management for M365 resources.
• Support M&A migration and integration of M365 tenants.
• Automate governance using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AvePoint.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with deep SharePoint Online experience.
• Proven experience cleaning up and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants.
• Strong automation capability with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or Power Automate.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
