💼 About This Role

You'll ensure critical mechanical, electrical, and facility systems remain operational at a fusion power company. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and electrical systems for our multi-building campus. You'll report to the Facilities Operations Manager and work onsite in Everett, WA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical systems
• Install and repair air drops, lines, and facility systems for manufacturing
• Troubleshoot and maintain boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Coordinate vendor work and document maintenance activities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building, mechanical, or facility maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills with diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures and OSHA safety compliance
• Ability to operate motorized lift equipment and work at heights

• Technical certifications in HVAC or related trades
• Experience with roll-up doors, pedestrian doors, and automated gate systems
