💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the sales process and addressing refund-related concerns. You'll drive revenue by closing new sales and retaining customers in a high-volume call environment. This role offers the opportunity to use an AI sales tool and participate in regular coaching sessions to refine your approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for customers providing product guidance.
• Close new sales and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively follow up on warm leads and incomplete transactions.
• Engage with customers requesting cancellations to retain sales.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or enrollment.
• Proven ability to manage sales objections and retain customers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is required.

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
