You'll lead a team of up to 6 Enterprise Account Executives across EMEA, driving growth in complex accounts. You'll master Bynder's AI-powered digital asset management platform and coach your team on enterprise sales methodology. This role offers the chance to shape the future of digital asset management at a global industry leader.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with AEs in strategic prospect and customer meetings
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing enterprise sellers
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls
- Lead enablement sessions on product updates and positioning
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- 5+ years in sales management or leadership
- Proven success leading a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Experience selling to marketing and creative teams
✨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, or SPIN Selling
- Training experience with consultative sales approach
