💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of up to 6 Enterprise Account Executives across EMEA, driving growth in complex accounts. You'll master Bynder's AI-powered digital asset management platform and coach your team on enterprise sales methodology. This role offers the chance to shape the future of digital asset management at a global industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with AEs in strategic prospect and customer meetings
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing enterprise sellers
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls
  • Lead enablement sessions on product updates and positioning

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • 5+ years in sales management or leadership
  • Proven success leading a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Experience selling to marketing and creative teams

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, or SPIN Selling
  • Training experience with consultative sales approach
