You will own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager, building end-to-end solutions for advertisers to upload, manage, and optimize ad creatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to ship improvements for global markets, and explore AI-powered creative solutions to help advertisers scale high-quality campaigns. Your work will drive revenue growth and impact how advertisers of all sizes create on-brand, high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong product discovery skills and ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
  • Excellent communication of complex topics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for planning, buying, optimization, and measurement.
  • Build solutions for uploading, managing, and promoting ad creatives including creative libraries and automation tools.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and operations to ship improvements.
  • Understand advertiser workflows through research and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Explore and ship AI-powered creative solutions to help advertisers scale Pinterest-native creative.
