• Manage high-volume interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Greet and host candidates for in-person onsite interviews
• Oversee job approvals, Talent Review coordination, and offer generation
• Monitor and maintain adherence to SLAs and operational metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing high-volume operational tasks
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Exceptional attention to detail in confidential environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
