Description

You will be embedded in the financial oversight of the UM Strategy team, quantifying and communicating the financial impact of UM initiatives. Your core goal is to ensure strategic investments translate into measurable affordability outcomes, and you will serve as the primary liaison between the UM business unit and Medical Economics/Finance departments.

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, financial strategic analysis, or healthcare corporate strategy
• 3+ years delivering projects/programs
• Strong understanding of ACA business model and UM impact on Risk Adjustment and MLR
• 3+ years expertise in financial modeling and business case development
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel

Responsibilities

• Build complex financial models to size impact of UM and affordability strategies
• Align UM initiatives with corporate savings pipelines
• Own department's value tracking and provide monthly True-Up reports
• Develop methods to measure actual performance against expected benefits
• Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives
