Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation with assigned team, following company policies and procedures
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets for approval
• Supervise technical staff and assist in their training and development
• Provide technical guidance and independent reviews for water discipline projects
• Track project costs, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain client communication
