🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and manage critical path across R&D projects
• Design and plan experiments, define hypotheses
• Analyze experimental data and interpret results
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and measurement teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in experimental physics with superconducting qubits
• Experience with full R&D cycle: design, fabrication, measurement
• Hands-on and practical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to communicate and influence cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Hamiltonian design for experimental devices
• Prior leadership or coordination experience
• Familiarity with quantum processor architectures
