You'll build and ship AI agents for top global brands in a fast-paced production environment. You'll contribute directly to Sierra's platform by writing code and designing products. You'll also participate in rotations across Agent Development and Core Product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents with customers in production.
• Write code and design products for Sierra's platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operators.
• Participate in internal reviews and product discussions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field (by June 2026).
• Professional experience in software engineering or product management.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, Go or similar languages.
