You'll lead the Resource Management Office and Project Administration team to drive operational rigor and process enforcement for Coupa's professional services engine. You'll own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring it is frictionless, accurate, compliant, and audit-ready, optimizing consultant utilization and revenue predictability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee project setup and administration for accurate bill rates and milestones.
• Lead resource management to deploy billable resources with precision and speed.
• Enforce audit cycles for time-entry and expense tracking to ensure compliance.
• Design and maintain the Delivery Operations playbook to eliminate ad-hoc workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or PMO.
• Proven experience managing and developing administrative or operational specialists.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PSA platforms like Certinia, NetSuite, or Rocketlane.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, margin analysis, and billable services mechanics.
