You'll lead the release management for a complex fusion of hardware and control software, ensuring safe and transparent deployments to field units. You will define the bridge between engineering and physical power plants. This role offers the chance to impact industrial IoT deployments and cross-functional orchestration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define deployment strategy for software bundles balancing innovation and stability.
• Manage software bundle versioning and dependency synchronization.
• Establish Go/No-Go criteria and robust rollback procedures.
• Translate pull requests into meaningful release notes for teams and clients.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Project Management.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Proficiency with configuration management tools.
• Ability to explain technical changes to non-engineers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or IoT environments.
• Experience in industrial power generation or similar domain.
