Description
You will support sales execution and business performance across the EMEA region by assisting with reporting, forecasting support, pipeline insights, territory planning, and sales enablement. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and hands-on learning opportunities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Some experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, sales support, or a related analytical/coordination role
- Basic understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Comfortable working with data and eager to develop stronger analytical and reporting skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Italian or Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support Regional Sales Leadership with territory updates, quota administration, forecasting routines, and pipeline reporting
- Prepare standardised reports, dashboards, and documentation to improve visibility and efficiency for the sales team
- Track key metrics such as pipeline coverage, win/loss trends, and quota progress, and provide preliminary insights
- Maintain sales tools and systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Assist with Go-To-Market initiatives by helping coordinate meetings, gathering inputs, and tracking action items
