You'll be the frontline architect of customer success, resolving mission-critical challenges within our Kubernetes and cloud storage ecosystem. You'll drive high-visibility resolutions across networking, databases, and infrastructure for global enterprise partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end troubleshooting of Kubernetes, Linux, and multi-cloud environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot MongoDB and PostgreSQL performance and security.
• Develop Bash and Python scripts to automate log analysis and diagnostics.
• Act as technical lead during critical escalations and communicate updates.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise technical support.
• Kubernetes administration and deep Linux knowledge.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and PostgreSQL querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Python or Bash scripting for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-specific APIs.
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Familiarity with SSO tools and API integrations.
