💼 About This Role

You'll lead Junction's highest-leverage statistical, modeling, and evaluation work across diagnostics, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled product development. You'll define what should be measured, how it should be modeled, and how those insights shape product and company decisions. This role is backed by top investors and focuses on making healthcare personalized and proactive.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own research and modeling for diagnostics and clinical workflows
• Define frameworks for measurement, experimentation, and causal evaluation
• Lead development of predictive models and statistical systems
• Partner with engineering to deploy models into production

📋 Requirements

• Statistical inference and experimental design expertise
• Strong Python or R skills
• Experience with production or near-production modeling
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a startup environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HIPAA or clinical frameworks
• Experience with LLM evaluation in customer-facing products
• Expertise in healthcare data (diagnostics, lab, wearables)
