🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to senior professionals
• Guide members through structured coaching conversations
• Participate in ongoing coach development programs
• Communicate with members between sessions via messaging
• Contribute to the coaching community with best practices

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years of senior HR leadership experience at VP or C-suite level
• Strong background in HR functions like leadership development or compensation
• Proven experience mentoring or coaching senior leaders
• Ability to commit minimum 3-5 hours per week for 24+ months
