You will lead the design and execution of scalable People infrastructure at Maven Clinic, driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You'll modernize workflows through AI and automation, ensure compliance, and partner cross-functionally to support a mission-driven organization. Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR
• Experience managing immigration processes and working with external counsel
• Strong background in designing scalable onboarding and offboarding programs
• Proven experience leading audits, policy development, and handbook administration
• Experienced in HR and Recruiting systems optimization and process automation

• Evolve People Operations strategy and modernize workflows through AI and automation
