💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale Customer Success across Houzz Advertising and Houzz Software, owning retention and product adoption KPIs. You'll build a data-driven Customer Success organization that ensures customers realize measurable value and remain long-term partners. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive customer-centric culture and revenue growth.

• Own retention and adoption KPIs across all customer segments.
• Design and optimize customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive strategy.
• Build dashboards and forecasting for leading indicators.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in Customer Success or revenue leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading CS at scale for B2B SaaS or advertising.
• Executive ownership of Retention and Adoption KPIs.
• Track record of building and scaling teams in high-growth environments.
