💼 About This Role

You'll plan and optimize the deployment of autonomous vehicles across multiple sites, ensuring fleet readiness and high utilization. As part of MOIA's Global Vehicle Management Team, you'll work at the interface between product development and operations, enabling customers across the EU and US. This role offers a chance to shape the future of autonomous mobility in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan vehicle deployments, redeployments, and relocations across sites
• Translate demand forecasts into executable fleet plans
• Allocate vehicles to meet utilization targets and capacity constraints
• Coordinate vehicle movements with operations and logistics providers
• Support launch planning for new sites and services

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in automotive launch or transition management
• Strong understanding of pre-series vehicle deployment and service readiness
• Ability to document learnings from early builds into scalable standards
• Fluent English; German is a plus
