You'll partner with Six Flags park leadership to support day-to-day virtual queue operations and premium service delivery, ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving in-park revenue. You'll collaborate with front-line teams and corporate staff to optimize processes and resolve issues in real time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as liaison with Six Flags department managers to coordinate operations and updates.
• Lead training sessions on virtual queue systems and sales strategies.
• Engage with guests, monitor queues, and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Analyze metrics and guest feedback to prepare reports and improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of management experience in amusement/theme park or operations management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage technology systems and provide basic technical support.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
