• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in Italy
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligning with growth strategy
• Conduct market research and analyze data to execute sales strategies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or similar
• Proven sales experience in the Emilia-Romagna region
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems
• Proven track record of entire sales process from opportunity to close

• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics
