Description

As a Tax Senior Associate at Calvetti Ferguson, you'll lead tax engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff. You'll perform technical reviews, research, and ensure compliance, playing a key role in a collaborative environment focused on growth and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting
• CPA eligible; actively pursuing CPA license required
• 2-3+ years experience, preferably in public accounting
• Proficient in partnership, S corp, C corp, and/or individual taxation
• Strong skills in coaching and developing associates

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements including scheduling, staffing, and completing returns
• Provide first level of technical review and perform tax research
• Develop and maintain client relationships, proactively gather tax information
• Prepare and review quarterly estimates and year-end projections
• Supervise, train, and mentor Tax Associates and Interns
