💼 About This Role

You'll own billing quality and QC processes for a social discovery platform serving 20M+ users. You'll drive process improvements, automation logic, and AI use cases to reduce manual work and financial losses. This role combines team leadership with hands-on optimization across billing, payments, and cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure quality and correctness of refund, chargeback, and fraud decisions
• Identify systemic process issues and drive improvements via training and documentation
• Build and optimize automation logic for auto-replies, triggers, and macros
• Explore and implement AI solutions to reduce manual workload in billing

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of people management experience
• Basic knowledge of online payment flows, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud
• System thinking to identify root causes and propose process/technical changes
• Autonomy to independently drive tasks from problem identification to solution

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous billing or payments experience
• Zendesk, Notion, Google Sheets, Tableau proficiency
• AI tool experience (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Zapier) for process optimization
