Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on hands-on development. You'll help redesign how engineering work ships with autonomous agents, build reusable agentic workflows, and ensure quality through verification loops. Your focus is on bringing out the best in your team through coaching, feedback, and career growth.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, instrument verification

Responsibilities

• Lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new engineers
• Manage team dynamics and provide continuous feedback
• Redesign engineering workflows with autonomous agents as default execution layer
