You'll provide virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to support lasting behavior change. You'll manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions through video, phone, and messaging. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and the chance to work with a leading virtual obesity care provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of clients for chronic cardiometabolic conditions.
• Communicate via video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging.
• Provide Diabetes Self Management Education and Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Collaborate with coordinated care team for best-in-class member experience.

📋 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credential through Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in dietetics or related field.
• 3 years in clinical or community setting (preferred, but required in practice).

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
• Obesity and Weight Management Certification.
• Spanish fluency.
