You'll assist with daily functions of people and office operations at a Boston-based tech startup. You will own real problems from day one and design solutions that streamline how we operate. The tools and improvements you build will directly make the people ops function more efficient.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify inefficiencies in people ops and office workflows and propose solutions
• Build systems, templates, and tools to automate onboarding and supply tracking
• Assist with company events, hiring processes, and workplace improvement initiatives
• Own daily office operations: organizing spaces, maintaining supplies and equipment

📋 Requirements

• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
• Strategic thinker who proposes and implements solutions
• Comfortable with light physical work (supplies, tidying, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in operations, HR, or workplace culture
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Notion, or similar platforms
• Experience automating or improving a process in any setting
