You'll join a mission-driven team providing telehealth addiction and mental health care to members in Indiana, delivering evidence-based treatment through an innovative mobile health platform. You'll lead member care alongside counselors and therapists, prescribing medications (including Suboxone) while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications and answer member questions
• Complete documentation in EHR (Healthie)

📋 Requirements

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Indiana
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
