🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage international expansion and global corporate entities.
• Draft and negotiate supplier agreements including SaaS licenses.
• Handle real estate matters and intercompany agreements.
• Mentor paralegals and improve legal processes.

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 4-9 years of transactional legal or corporate governance experience.
• License to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
