Description

You will provide in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in The Villages, FL, helping them restore strength, balance, and mobility. You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families—all with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards
