💼 About This Role

You'll lead Reveal's engagement with U.S. Marine Corps stakeholders, driving strategic growth and translating defense needs into scalable software solutions. You'll collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver measurable impact across DoD programs in a remote, startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and maintain relationships with Marine stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business and Engineering leads to execute coordinated approaches.
• Deliver on financial performance commitments and build market growth initiatives.
• Develop a data-driven strategy to generate and capture new business.

📋 Requirements

• Located in greater Washington DC metro area
• Proven success developing business with USMC, preferably software solutions
• Experience working at or with Department of Defense
• Ability to travel up to 50%

✨ Nice to Have

• Federal Sales and Acquisition experience
• Experience with government business development and contract structures
• Knowledge of Program Executive Offices and Major Defense Acquisition Programs
