Description
You will assist newly-signed customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Smartly platform. Working with Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll tailor onboarding plans and solutions to help key customers achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years digital experience, ideally in paid social and programmatic media
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Train clients on Smartly's platform features
- Set up reporting views for campaign visibility
- Use feeds to create automations and streamline workflows
