Description

You will help customers adopt Samsara's IoT platform to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability. You'll deliver training sessions, design enablement materials, and work with customers to embed technology into daily operations. This role requires frequent travel and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting role
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with technical products
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact training sessions and facilitate workshops to drive adoption
• Identify and address adoption barriers and stakeholder resistance
• Design scalable training curricula, playbooks, and enablement frameworks
• Improve onboarding and implementation processes
• Champion cultural principles and collaborate across teams
