Description

In this role, you will learn and become proficient in the TeamConnect legal matter management platform, deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients virtually, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain training materials. Your work will directly help clients maximize their use of the platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal services)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Close attention to detail and organization
• Ability to learn complex systems

Responsibilities

• Learn and become proficient in TeamConnect legal matter management platform
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients virtually
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, and CSMs to understand new features and translate into training content
• Create and maintain training materials: eLearning courses, job aids, guides, video tutorials and documentation
• Manage and organize training logistics: scheduling sessions and coordinating with clients and project managers
