Description
You will define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for a scalable acquisition product. You'll manage the entire product life cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the marketplace experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful track record developing and launching innovative products
- Hands-on experience in agile environment with rapid iteration cadence
- Track record of using data and quantitative research to inform product decisions
- Understanding of marketplace/consumer platform model complexities
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environment with changing requirements
Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for scalable acquisition product
- Manage entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including requirements and success metrics
- Provide product ownership and direction for a team of UX designers, developers, and analysts
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Coupang to ensure successful development and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve marketplace experience for all parties
