Description

You will define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for a scalable acquisition product. You'll manage the entire product life cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the marketplace experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful track record developing and launching innovative products
  • Hands-on experience in agile environment with rapid iteration cadence
  • Track record of using data and quantitative research to inform product decisions
  • Understanding of marketplace/consumer platform model complexities
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environment with changing requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for scalable acquisition product
  • Manage entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including requirements and success metrics
  • Provide product ownership and direction for a team of UX designers, developers, and analysts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Coupang to ensure successful development and performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketplace experience for all parties
